Returns & Refunds Policy – Milk & Mini

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with tags if applicable. Proof of purchase is required. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, hygiene-related items such as bottles, pacifiers or teethers, perishable goods like food or flowers, personal care products, or any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at milknminisa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
